Every January we wipe the proverbial slate clean – we review the past year and plan for the upcoming one. This year we had a lot to celebrate – for one, we turned 10! The goal when Culpepper CPA started was to take our diverse, extensive experience and shift from the traditional fast-paced culture of global and national firms to a relationship-based culture focused on developing partnerships with our clients.
Sure, we may be a bit nerdy and love a good spreadsheet a bit more than the average person, but our relationship-focused approach bridges the gap between traditional accountants and personalized service. Likewise, we extend this same relationship-focused approach to growing and developing our team. We have all heard Mark Twain’s famous quote; “Find a job you enjoy doing, and you will never have to work a day in your life.” Our firm embodies that; we embrace our team’s individuality – their experience, their goals, their opinions – so they never lose their passion for accounting.
Keeping with tradition, we’ve asked all of our team members to answer some questions so you can get to know a little bit more about each of us:

This is always one of our favorite blogs – it allows us to take a break from technical topics and gives us an opportunity to review everything we’ve accomplished and the fun we’ve had. We hope you enjoy getting a glimpse into the lives of our team members that you might not know much about. We are excited and proud to have a team today that shares that same vision and passion we started with a little more than 10 years ago.
All of us are so thankful for all of the support we have received over the last 10 years and are excited for the next 10+. We hope that you and yours enjoy good food, good company, and have safe travels as we close out the year and move into 2023!
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from the family at Culpepper CPA to you and yours!
