At Culpepper CPA, we believe good financial guidance should be proactive, strategic, and centered around long-term goals. For years, clients have trusted us to provide tax and accounting advice to help make informed financial decisions. Along the way, many have also asked for guidance in other important areas of their financial lives — most notably retirement planning, investment management, and long-term wealth strategy.

That is why we are excited to announce the launch of Culpepper Wealth Management – an expansion of our services designed to provide comprehensive financial advisory and wealth management solutions alongside the audit, tax, accounting, and business advisory solutions our clients already know and trust.

A More Integrated Approach to Wealth Management & Financial Planning

We created Culpepper Wealth Management through a partnership between Culpepper CPA and Visionary Horizons, LLC, the Registered Investment Advisor firm under which Culpepper Wealth Management will operate. Our goal is simple: to create a more coordinated and efficient financial experience for our clients. Too often, separate professionals handle tax planning and investment management with little communication between advisors. While common, this fragmented approach can often lead to missed opportunities, duplicated efforts, avoidable tax consequences, and financial strategies that are not fully aligned. Combining these services through a coordinated advisory relationship allows clients to make financial decisions with greater clarity and confidence.

Services Available Through Culpepper Wealth Management

Through this expanded platform, clients now have access to a broad range of financial advisory services, including:

  • Retirement planning
  • Investment management
  • Financial planning and goal setting
  • Tax-efficient investment strategies
  • Estate and legacy planning coordination
  • Risk management and insurance analysis
  • Ongoing wealth management and advisory services

We designed this approach to align investment and financial planning decisions with each client’s overall tax and financial picture — not treat them as separate conversations.

The Benefits of Coordinated Financial Guidance

When tax and wealth planning professionals work together, clients often benefit from:

  • Better Tax Efficiency – Investment decisions can have significant tax implications. Coordinated planning helps identify opportunities to reduce unnecessary tax exposure and improve after-tax outcomes.
  • More Proactive Planning – Financial planning should not happen only once a year. An integrated approach allows for more timely conversations and year-round strategic guidance.
  • Improved Communication – Clients no longer have to serve as the intermediary between multiple advisors. Collaboration between professionals creates a smoother and more efficient experience.
  • Greater Convenience – Having trusted advisors working together simplifies the financial planning process and creates greater continuity across all aspects of a client’s financial life.
